Do I need an Etsy API connection?

No. ListMate Invoice Generator works with the Etsy Sold Order Items CSV file that you download from your own Etsy account. It does not require Etsy API access, OAuth setup, or a direct shop connection.

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

Yes. ListMate Invoice Generator is built for Microsoft Excel and uses VBA macros to refresh data and generate PDF invoices.

Does it work with Google Sheets?

No. This version is built for Microsoft Excel because it uses Excel features, VBA macros, and PDF export tools.

What Etsy file do I need?

You need the Etsy Sold Order Items CSV export. This file can be downloaded from your Etsy seller account and placed in the same folder as the ListMate workbook.

Can I use my own company details?

Yes. You can enter your company name, address, email, invoice prefix, and invoice settings. These details are used on the generated invoices.

Can I generate multiple invoices at once?

Yes. ListMate can generate one invoice for a selected order or export all available invoices in bulk as PDF files.

Where are the PDF invoices saved?

The generated PDF invoices are saved in a dedicated folder created for the invoice export. This helps keep your files organized.

Is this tax or accounting advice?

No. ListMate Invoice Generator is a document automation tool. You are responsible for checking that your invoices meet your local tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
