ListMate Invoice Generator is an Excel-based tool that helps Etsy sellers create PDF invoices from their Etsy order export files.

This website and this product do not connect directly to your Etsy account. ListMate Invoice Generator does not require Etsy OAuth, API access, or your Etsy login credentials.

What Data We Access

ListMate Invoice Generator works with the Etsy CSV file that you download from your own Etsy account and open locally in Microsoft Excel.

The file may contain order information such as:

Order ID

Order date

Buyer name

Shipping details

Product details

Quantity

Price

Currency

Tax or VAT information included in the Etsy export

This data stays inside your local Excel file on your own device, unless you choose to share the file with us for support.

We do not collect your Etsy login details, password, payment information, or Etsy account credentials.

What We Use the Data For

The data from your Etsy CSV file is used only inside the Excel workbook to:

Import Etsy order information

Prepare invoice details

Generate single PDF invoices

Generate bulk PDF invoices

Help organize invoice records by Etsy order

ListMate Invoice Generator does not use your data for advertising, analytics, resale, or third-party marketing.

Local File Processing

ListMate Invoice Generator is designed to run locally in Microsoft Excel.

Your order data is not automatically uploaded to our website or to an external server by the workbook.

If you contact us for support and choose to send screenshots, sample files, or order data, we will use that information only to help solve your request.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

If you send us information for support, we only use it to respond to your question or fix the reported issue.

Data Storage

We do not store your Etsy CSV files or invoice files unless you voluntarily send them to us for support.

If you send support files by email, they may remain in our email system as part of the support conversation.

You can ask us to delete support files you previously sent.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for checking that the invoices generated with ListMate Invoice Generator meet your local tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

ListMate Invoice Generator is a document automation tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
