ListMate Invoice Generator is built for Etsy sellers who want a simple way to turn Etsy order exports into organized PDF invoices.
The tool works with the Etsy Sold Order Items CSV file that you download from your own Etsy account. No Etsy API connection, OAuth setup, or direct shop access is required.
Go to your Etsy Shop Manager and download your Sold Order Items CSV file.
This file contains the order information needed to prepare your invoices, such as order ID, order date, product details, quantities, prices, currency, and buyer information included in the Etsy export.
2. Place the CSV file next to ListMate
Place the Etsy CSV file in the same folder as the ListMate Excel workbook.
ListMate is designed to look for the Etsy order export in the workbook folder, so you do not need to manually change file paths.
3. Open the workbook in Microsoft Excel
Open the ListMate workbook in Microsoft Excel.
Because ListMate uses VBA macros to refresh data and generate PDF invoices, you need to enable macros when Excel asks for permission.
4. Add your company details
Enter your business details, invoice prefix, contact email, and invoice settings.
These details are used on the invoice template, so your generated PDF invoices are prepared with your own company information.
5. Generate invoices
You can generate one invoice for the selected order or export all available invoices in bulk.
The PDF files are saved in a dedicated folder, ready for your records.
